我们保存的信息Information we store

这些信息用来生成链接、打开作品、显示作品集和防止滥用。This information lets us create links, open works, show folios, and prevent abuse.

  • 你发布的 HTML、作品标题、分享模式、创建时间、过期时间和打开次数。Your published HTML, work title, sharing mode, creation time, expiry time, and open count.
  • 你用 Google 登录后提供的名称、邮箱、头像和稳定账号标识。Your name, email, avatar, and stable account identifier after Google sign-in.
  • 你为公开作品集填写的显示名称、地址名和简介。The display name, public handle, and bio you set for your folio.

我们如何使用这些信息How we use it

用途限定在作品分享、账号保存、基础安全和产品改进。Use is limited to sharing works, saving accounts, basic safety, and product improvement.

  • 生成可打开的作品链接，并让你复制、删除或保存作品。Create links that open, and let you copy, delete, or save works.
  • 显示基础打开次数，帮助你知道链接是否被访问过。Show basic open counts so you know whether a link was viewed.
  • 限制过高频率的发布和密钥尝试，保护其他用户和服务稳定性。Limit excessive publishing and access-key attempts to protect users and service reliability.

我们不会做的事What we do not do

FolioDrop 不出售个人信息，也不会把作品内容用于广告定向。FolioDrop does not sell personal information or use work content for ad targeting.

  • 我们不会把访问密钥明文用于公开展示，也不会把密钥作品列入公开作品集。We do not publicly show access keys, and access-key works are not listed on public folios.
  • 我们不会公开你的 Google 登录凭证或把 OAuth token 展示给其他用户。We do not expose your Google credentials or OAuth tokens to other users.
  • 我们不会把 HTML 源码、访问密钥、登录凭证或 AI 连接 token 发送给第三方分析工具。We do not send HTML source, access keys, sign-in credentials, or AI connection tokens to third-party analytics tools.
  • 我们不会出售你的个人信息。We do not sell your personal information.

服务提供商Service providers

FolioDrop 依赖可信的基础服务来登录、部署、保存作品和防滥用。FolioDrop relies on trusted providers for sign-in, deployment, storage, and abuse prevention.

  • Google 用于登录和确认账号归属。Google is used for sign-in and account ownership.
  • Vercel、Cloudflare 等基础设施服务用于运行网站、保存作品和处理请求。Infrastructure providers such as Vercel and Cloudflare run the site, store works, and process requests.
  • Ahrefs Web Analytics 用于基础流量统计；它不使用 Cookie，也不用于识别单个访客。Ahrefs Web Analytics is used for basic traffic statistics; it does not use cookies or identify individual visitors.
  • 在你同意后，Google Analytics 和 Microsoft Clarity 会用于了解页面访问、流量来源和体验问题。After you consent, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity help us understand page visits, traffic sources, and experience issues.
  • 你发来的反馈邮件会由邮件服务处理。Feedback email is processed by email services.

保留、删除和联系Retention, deletion, and contact

FolioDrop 定位是临时作品展示，不是永久归档服务。FolioDrop is temporary work sharing, not permanent archival hosting.

  • 匿名未保存作品默认 7 天过期。Anonymous unsaved works expire after 7 days.
  • 登录后发布或保存的作品默认 6 个月过期。Works published or saved after sign-in expire after 6 months by default.
  • 你可以删除单个作品，也可以在我的作品集中删除账号和账号下的作品。You can delete individual works, or delete your account and account-owned works from My folio.
